F. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

Governing Agreement: This Order Form is governed by and incorporated into the Uonyx Master Services Agreement (UNX-MSA-001). By signing below, Customer agrees to be bound by the MSA and all incorporated policies listed below.

In the event of any conflict between this Order Form and the MSA, the terms of this Order Form shall prevail solely with respect to the commercial terms (Fees, Subscription Term, modules, and billing) to which this Order Form expressly relates. The MSA shall govern in all other respects.
